Barbara Harris - Artist

After a long career as a therapist Barbara returned to her original love - Art.  She began by taking printmaking classes from Eileen Blodgett at ASIF Studios in Grass Valley, California.  From there she added working in acrylics, mixed media and finally fell in love with encaustic painting, and encaustic monotypes.  She loves a variety of subject matter, including abstract, fanciful animals and landscapes.  Using color in inventive ways is an ever evolving venture.*
